We offer a variety of shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method and your location. All delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days
- Next-Day Shipping (Domestic): 1 business day (available in select locations)
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country, typically between 7-14 business days.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping method selected. We offer the following options for domestic orders:
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $50 for domestic shipments (within the United States only).
- Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout for orders under $50.
- Expedited and Next-Day Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.
3. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
4. Tracking Your Order
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update once the package is in transit.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. If your country is not available for shipping at checkout, please check back periodically as we may expand our international shipping options.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas due to delivery restrictions.
6. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to various countries. For international orders, please be aware that the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are paid directly to the local customs authorities.
- Customs and Import Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by PEPPISKINNIE.
- Shipping Times: International delivery times vary based on the destination country. Typically, international orders arrive within 7-14 business days, but this may vary.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, or if you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier. Please note that once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, PEPPISKINNIE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
8. Return Shipping
