At Peppiskinnie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return items and receive refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

• All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items and certain accessories (such as earrings due to hygiene reasons) may not be eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

• A return form will be provided, which must be completed and included with the returned item.

Refund Process

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

Exchanges

• Peppiskinnie does not currently offer direct exchanges. You may return your item as outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
